Terms and conditions

Welcome to Baudins Bed & Breakfast. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

1. Adults-Only Accommodation

Baudins Bed & Breakfast is an adults-only property. Guests must be 18 years or older to stay. We are unable to accommodate children or infants.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to arrival to secure your booking.

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)

Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur the full booking fee.

4. Parking Policy

Each guest room is allocated one parking space.

Guests must park only in their designated bays. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

5. Breakfast and Special Dietary Requirements

A continental breakfast is provided daily.

If you have food allergies or specific dietary requirements, please notify us in advance to make arrangements. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

7. Kitchen Use Policy

Guests may use the self-contained kitchen; however, we ask that you:

Do not cook in the common kitchen after 9:00 PM.

Clean all dishes and surfaces after use to maintain a pleasant environment for other guests.

8. Lost Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Baudins Bed & Breakfast and its staff are not liable for any lost or misplaced items.

Lost property will be held for 2 months. If unclaimed, items will be disposed of or donated to charity.

9. General Conduct

We ask all guests to respect the privacy and comfort of others during their stay.

Any behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate may result in termination of your stay without refund.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
