Baudins Master Suite

Terrible apart from the cleaning staff who were so helpful upon my arrival. Positive: I’ve stayed in another unit of this accommodation previously but this time was in the Master bedroom. Location, parking and cleaning staff were all excellent. Breakfast supplies were adequate and communal area very pleasant. Negative: Faulty plumbing in bathroom causing hammering in pies with loud noise and vibration resulting in water from toilet bowl to splash up out of toilet bowl onto seat and the associated noise whenever this occurred /all day and night even when toilet was not being used. Reported to property on 2 separate occasions via SMS number provided on booking on Saturday and again Sunday and reported 2 times by phone calls one taken by reservations who said they would get property managers to call me back (Saturday) and second call on Sunday when I was checking out and told property managers would call me back. I had no sleep on Saturday night as noise was consistently happening and noisy even with toilet door closed. I did not like the fact that after 4 attempts to contact property managers, I have still not received any contact from them at all. I was due to return to Perth on Sunday but was so tired I only drove as far as Bunbury where I had to find another night’s accommodation costing me another $150 plus missing a full day off work today. Their customer relations = zero and I won’t be returning there again due to their lack of interest.

A great discovery. Expect us back. Positive: Kitchen and dining areas were spacious, bright and immaculately clean. I liked the little touches such as small packets of biscuits in the bedrooms. Negative: Nothing really. The keys were a bit fiddly but another guest helped explain.

Positive: No specific comment. Negative: No reception on arrival Not made aware that fascility was shared, and alarmed when 6 others arrived. Difficulty in accessing premises. Garage door faulty and would not lock allowing entry from street possible.

Positive: Great value for money Negative: Very hard to contact anyone after booking

not good Positive: Fair price Negative: The management of this property is very disorganized. The lockbox was empty upon arrival, and I could not access the property. This caused significant inconvenience and stress. I would not recommend staying here.
