The executive suite suited our group of 4 Positive: Everything we needed for our stay was provided Heating worked very well Plenty of supplies for self service breakfast Large TV’s in all rooms Negative: The property needs maintenance ie repainting making it nice n fresh, cleaning of windows B n B guests are expected to stripe bedding and wash sheets and take a full inventory of what food items are needed to be replenished and/or out of date ! Cobwebs lounge window TLC would make a big difference n first impression Just attention to detail like fixing curtains hooks hanging off curtains in main lounge n a bedroom window That is a very easy fix ( saw a previous review that mentioned the hooks ) Outside needs a good tidy up n weeding It wouldn’t take much to generally do these things and make the place A1

Positive: I left the wrong keys in the hotel and only realized after working hours in the evening. Called the property management and they helped to swap the keys within an hour. Negative: The bed is too soft. Otherwose everything else it great! It was not clear durubg booking that we were going to share the house with other guest. I thought i was booking the whole house instead of a room.

Had everything we needed, had a great time! Thank you very much! Positive: Breakfast was awesome! Negative: Not a great deal of parking but that was our fault as we didn’t have opportunity for carpool. Not a reflection on the management or property! A little bit loud for traffic on the busy highway but again, not much you can do as property manager!

Restful 2 day retreat at boudins Positive: Exceptional Family Stay – Comfortable, Welcoming & Well Thought Out We (Dennis, Nan & Sham) enjoyed a wonderful 2-night stay in the Executive Suite at Baudin’s Busselton, travelling as a couple with an 81-year-old mother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully prepared and very welcoming. The suite was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable — especially the beds, which made for a great night’s rest. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous breakfast provisions and the fridge stocked with essentials, which made things very convenient and added a personal touch to our stay. The property was very accessible, with easy access to the laundry, TV room, and beautifully maintained indoor and outdoor spaces. It really felt like a home away from home, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Overall, an excellent stay — peaceful, well-equipped, and perfect for a family getaway.
