Positive: Property was clean and tidy. Negative: We had no hot water on our stay, we called about 8pm on a Sunday night after getting home after dinner but couldn’t get it resolved before heading to bed. We ended up have cold shower. Front door was very difficult to open with the key.

Did not sleep Positive: Location was great Negative: There are road works all night. They won’t tell you until after you book and it’s too late.

Great location with breakfast provided! Positive: Property is centrally located and easy to get to Busselton foreshore, although as it is on Busselton highway there is a lot of road noise, so just be prepared. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and lots of seating options. It was lovely to have coffee, tea and some breakfast food provided too. Negative: The place is great and we had a couple of lovely other guests in the house while we were there for the weekend. However, for us booking the triple suite for 6 people, it is not clear that the accommodation is shared with another couple. It was not a problem and there is room (kitchen is a bit tight at meal times), but just be aware you are only booking the wing that the bedrooms are in, everywhere else is shared space with another couple.
