Accommodation
Baudins was purpose built as a B&B in 2006 so our facilities are
modern. Guests enjoy the privacy of a separate house from your
hosts. Parking is off-street, right by the guest rooms.
We are located 1km west of the town centre on the Bussell Highway. It
is 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes
walk to the town centre. Restaurants range from 5 minutes walk to a
short drive away.
 Our four B&B rooms are each
effectively a master bedroom. They all have an ensuite bathroom and
reverse cycle air
conditioning. All rooms are very quiet (at the rear of the
property) and all on one level - no stairs. We have 3 queen rooms and 1
with a queen plus single.
Guests share a large living/dining/kitchen area. There's a TV, DVD
player (just ask to see the full DVD selection) and stereo.
There is plenty of shady seating in the shared courtyard garden area
between
the host and guest accommodation. Guests can use the patio area for an
evening BBQ or just an afternoon cuppa and relaxation.
There is free wifi for guests.
All the accommodation is no smoking and the guest rooms are pet
free.
Other facilities in each bedroom include TV/DVD, fridge, tea and coffee
making, hairdryers and electric blankets.
There are also shared facilities for heating food and for washing, drying and ironing clothes.
